How we clean
Pretreat
A pretreatment goes down first to loosen the dirt, stains and grime that everyday traffic has ground in. It also helps kill bacteria and other unhealthy contaminants.
Deodorize
Everything is deodorized before the cleaning starts, so pet and household odors are dealt with at the source instead of covered up.
Steam clean
Hot-water extraction flushes the loosened soil out and pulls it into the machine. Nothing is left behind to attract new dirt.

Do you use harsh chemicals?
No. Our products are all natural and organic. The natural enzymes are derived from fruits and plants, and they leave no dirt-attracting residue.
What is the difference between steam cleaning and dry cleaning?
Steam cleaning, properly called hot-water extraction, rinses the carpet and pulls the dirty water back out. Dry-compound methods spread a cleaning agent through the carpet and leave much of it behind. We strictly steam clean.
Can you get pet stains and odors out?
That is a big part of our work. Many of our regular customers have multiple dogs. We deodorize before we clean and treat problem spots individually. Old urine that has soaked through to the pad can be improved but not always removed completely, and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
